About The Job

The Art Director will be responsible for overseeing all visual content creation, including social media designs, branding, and market research. This role requires a highly creative individual with strong strategic thinking and leadership skills. The Art Director will be involved in everything from conceptualization to execution, ensuring that all visual content aligns with our clients' branding and marketing goals.

  • Design Creation: Develop and produce creative designs for various marketing materials, including social media graphics, branding, and advertisements.
  • Branding: Lead the development and maintenance of brand identities for Tellzer and its clients.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends and incorporate insights into design strategies.
  • Creative Strategy: Develop and implement creative strategies that align with Tellzer’s and clients' business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Marketing and other team members to conceptualize and execute design projects.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the highest quality of design output and maintain consistency across all visual materials.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools, and incorporate innovative ideas into your work to keep Tellzer and its clients at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
  • Skills:
  1. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  2. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects.
  3. Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  4. Strong strategic thinking and creative vision.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
