As a Co-Founder & Head of Business Developement, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction and culture of the agency, and share in its success. If you're an ambitious and driven individual looking for an opportunity to make an impact, We want to hear from you!

This is a Co-Founder position with a profit share, equity ownership in the company and no guaranteed salary.

Compensation package will include profit share, equity, and performance-based bonuses.

  1. Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the founding team to develop and execute the company's overall vision, mission, and strategic objectives. Be a driving force for innovation within the agency, leading the thinking, education, and development of the sales function.
  2. Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
  3. Partnerships and Alliances: Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, industry leaders, and strategic partners. Negotiate partnership agreements, joint ventures, and strategic alliances to drive mutual success and accelerate growth.
  4. Sales and Client Relationship Management: Lead the sales team in acquiring new clients and managing existing client relationships. Responsible for briefing and pitching the agency services and specialties in a very presentable and professional way. Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that add value to their businesses. Qualify leads as sales opportunities and negotiate contract terms with clients, communicating terms to stakeholders.
  5. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities. Use data-driven insights to inform business development strategies and decision-making processes. Become a subject matter expert on our business services, processes, and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news.
  6. Sales Strategy and Target Setting: Developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics. Set sales targets and monitor progress towards achieving them. Utilize a combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative judgment to refine strategies and drive results.
  7. Team Development and Management: Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-performing business development team. Provide guidance, training, and support to enable team members to achieve their full potential and contribute to the company's success.
  8. Financial Planning and Budgeting: Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage the business development budget. Monitor financial performance, track key metrics, and optimize resources to maximize ROI and profitability.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with a proven track record of success in business development especially in digital, advertising or software agencies. 
  • Proven success in winning, delivering and retaining key clients. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Expert networking skills to generate new business and relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate – genuinely love digital and enjoy solving client’s problems.
  • Strong project management, time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
