About The Job

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities for Tellzer and managing the marketing efforts for our clients’ accounts. This includes developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, executing campaigns across various channels, and ensuring the effective management of client relationships. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning with detailed content creation and campaign management.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with Tellzer’s business goals and our clients' objectives.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of Tellzer’s and clients' brand identities, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Content Creation: Lead the creation of high-quality content, including blogs, videos, reels, social media posts, and other marketing materials for both Tellzer and clients.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising for Tellzer and clients.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a growing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and clients to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing efforts.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in a creative agency and managing client accounts is a plus.
