About The Job

The Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring that all deliverables are on time and meet client expectations. This role involves coordinating with various departments, following up on designs, content, and marketing activities, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. The Account Manager will play a critical role in the successful delivery of our projects.

Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communications and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Project Coordination: Follow up on design, content, and marketing tasks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with project management software like Clickup, Jira and agile methodologies.
  • Deliverables Oversight: Monitor the progress of all deliverables, ensuring they meet the agreed-upon standards and timelines.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by addressing any issues promptly and maintaining strong, positive relationships.
  • Reporting and Feedback: Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams, gathering feedback to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Problem Solving: Identify potential issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Qualifications and Requirements
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
    • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management or a similar role, preferably in a creative or digital agency.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
    • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
