About The Job

The Senior Graphic Designer will play a key role in creating visually stunning and effective designs that align with our clients' branding and marketing goals. This position requires a highly creative individual with a strong eye for detail and a passion for design. You will work closely with the marketing team and other designers to produce high-quality visuals for various digital platforms.

  • Design Creation: Develop and produce creative designs for various marketing materials, including websites, social media graphics, advertisements, presentations, and print collateral.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all visual content for Tellzer and its clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Marketing, content creators, and other team members to conceptualize and execute design projects.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools, and incorporate innovative ideas into your work to keep us at the forefront of the industry.
  • Quality Control: Review and proof designs for errors before printing or publishing them.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
Qualifications and Requirements
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
    • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects.
    • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
    • Ability to create both digital and print designs.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to take constructive feedback and make necessary adjustments.
    • Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
